Individual Mindfulness Skills Training, over 4 remote, weekly video conference sessions, covering a range of mindful meditation techniques, and a lifetime of support.

Workplace mindfulness classes are now available to any organization wanting to provide employees skills for stress management, due to the challenges COVID-19 has presented.
